Mike Mason, CEO  

With nearly four decades of experience in the ICT industry, Mike leads the NetPMD team as CEO. While Mike has always been entrepreneurial, he continues to create a growth environment by surrounding himself with specialists, working together toward clear objectives. Mike has held senior leadership and non-executive positions in both public and privately held companies, with an enviable track record of business transformation coupled with accelerated & profitable growth. You might call Mike an ‘around the block CEO’ because that’s exactly what he is.

Darren Mann, Director of Business Development 

Being in the Telecoms industry for thirty years, working for the likes of Cisco, VMware, O2 and BT, Darren has a wealth of experience, making him a highly trusted advisor and contributor to the industry. Darren is extremely enthusiastic about the growth of fiber networks across the globe, with a growing appetite for his own immersive focus in new and ongoing projects.  

Darren takes a pragmatic approach to his career and deeply understands the importance of accountability and positivity when striving for excellence. Working daily with our client’s stakeholders, Darren is consistently working to achieve better outcomes and scale success.  

With a track record and a proven ability to deliver enhanced outcomes for clients, Darren is a deeply valued brand ambassador for our company and la eader for us all. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have been pivotal in driving our projects to success, ensuring that we deliver on our promises and exceed client expectations. Beyond his professional achievements, Darren is known for his collaborative spirit and his dedication to mentoring emerging talents in the industry. 

Aminder Athwal, CTO 

Twenty years in telecoms working for Cisco and NetPMD has meant that Aminder is a phenomenally experienced networking engineer and global solutions architect. Utilizing portfolios from Cisco, Nokia, Ciena, and more, Aminder is technically skilled to direct NetPMD’s installation and integration services to their next stage of growth.  

Aminder is passionate about working closely with service providers to equip them with both a holistic technical architectural view of fiber networks, but also to help organizations when defining business benefits. His expertise has been instrumental in driving NetPMD’s technological advancements and ensures that NetPMD stays ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Aminder’s leadership is characterized by his innovative approach and his ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. He is dedicated to ensuring that our client’s needs are met with precision and excellence. 

Stuart McNeil, CIO 

Stuart is NetPMD’s hands-on Chief Information Officer with almost thirty years of industry experience. Previously known for managing specialist sales and design teams, Stuart earned his Chartered Engineering accreditation due to his extensive experience of defining and positioning scalable solutions to meet business needs. Having worked for both public and privately held organizations, Stuart has a robust and strong technical background and significant commercial awareness.   

Stuart leads our Information Technology Strategy and has been pivotal in aligning our technology initiatives with our business’s overall goals, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. His strategic vision and proactive approach have been key in driving our digital transformation efforts, enhancing our technological capabilities, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures. Beyond his professional achievements, Stuart is known for his collaborative leadership style and his dedication to mentoring the next generation of IT professionals. He is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. 

Amardeep Takhar, COO  

At the helm of our operational excellence is Amardeep. With a distinguished career spanning over twenty years in the industry, Amardeep brings a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to our leadership team. Known for his exceptional ability to streamline operations and drive efficiency, Amardeep has been instrumental in optimizing our processes and ensuring that our day-to-day activities align with our long-term goals. 

Patrik Lowenborg, VP of Client Solutions 

Twenty-eight years of experience in fiber and network design have made Patrik a valued member of the NetPMD leadership team. Patrik is a network engineer at heart whose entrepreneurial spirit and technical sales skills are evident in every piece of his work. Patrik is highly critical when solving problems and will always lend a hand to either support those in need, or network to get support from other specialists in the industry. As a result, Patrik contributed a great deal to the makeup of our Leadership team, by always bridging any gaps we may have.  

With a wealth of experience in client relations and strategic account management, Patrik has been instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. His expertise continuously ensures that our clients receive tailored network solutions that meet their unique – and moving – needs. Patrik is a dynamic leader who excels in understanding client challenges and delivering innovative solutions that drive success. His commitment to excellence and client-centric approach has significantly contributed to our reputation for outstanding service.
