Role Description

NetPMD provides comprehensive fiber network design solutions for customers across the Globe, focusing on fiber networks. NetPMD currently has openings for Customer Success Managers to become part of our ever-expanding global team. Successful candidates must be US-based, with the ability to travel regularly to markets across North America, ensuring the success of our fiber network projects.

Responsibilities

– Provide exemplary project communication and adhere to project / jurisdictional requirements ensuring successful fiber network integration

– Follow up and problem escalation to correct parties ensuring smooth fiber network operations

– Intervention and troubleshooting in customer/supplier issues related to fiber network projects

– Interface to the project management office (PMO) for reporting on fiber network project progress

– Managing third party providers(3PP)

– Tacking fault resolutions to the end, ensuring fiber network reliability

– Support of business development function in new business activities related to fiber network design and integration, as required.

Role requirements

Education

– Associate degree or greater preferred.

– PM certification.

– US based with US experience.

– Managing teams and/or 3rd parties.

– The ability to work autonomously and proactively.

– Willingness to learn and drive good practice.

– High level review of scope changes – training will be provided.

Experience

– Ability to prioritize and organize workloads to meet deadlines.

– Supplier Management: ability to communicate and deal effectively with third parties to ensure that external dependencies are adequately managed.

– Minimum 2-3 years experience in fiber networks/service provider sector.

– Customer-facing experience.

– Relationship management.

Skills

– Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

– Good documentation and analytical skills.

– Excellent negotiation skills.

– Competency with PM reporting tool. Project online preferred.

– Management skills.

– Resource planning.

– Proven ability to provide effective and timely communication to customers and project teams.
